The butt plug

Today i have been instructed to buy a butt plug which will initially be used as a punishment tool for squeezing my cock a couple of times a few nights ago. Although i have taken strap on (up to 8") up my ass, i have never worn a butt plug. There are then the usual concern about damage to the intestine but unless i get a huge plug i should be on the safe side. Finally, there was the concern that prolonged time may relax my anal muscles too much.
